Vegan Buttercream Frosting
Frosts 1 boxed cake or 12 cupcakes

1lb. OmSweetHome non dairy butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 C. powdered sugar
Soften “butter” to room temperature. Place it in the bowl of a stand mixer (or regular bowl) and beat until fluffy.
Add in vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until fluffy peaks form. It should hold it’s shape but still be soft and spreadable.
Decorate your favorite cake!
