My name is Cara Di Falco, and I’ve been a radio, TV and streaming host, reporting in the world’s number one market for over a decade. I combined my talent for storytelling with my passion for food to create the first (and to this day, the only) Emmy-Nominated cooking show on the YouTube platform, “Cara’s Cucina.”

While working on the show I’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone from celebrity chefs such as Lidia Bastianich, to health coaches, influencers, authors and more. I recently became a regular guest and culinary expert for QVC, working with Chef Aaron McCargo Jr., David Venable and Mary DeAngelis to demonstrate the Cook’s Essentials line; giving me the opportunity to cook for a nationwide audience!

I’m also host and producer for New Jersey’s newest morning magazine show, “The NJ Morning Show”. I also host an annual culinary tour of Italy, giving fans an opportunity to vacation with me and learn about my beloved heritage through its regional cuisine.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I’m a proud graduate of Rutgers University, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’ve been featured in “We The Italians,” “Where Women Cook,” and “The Italian-American Podcast”. On top of my Emmy nomination, I was the 2012 Woman of the Year for the Italian-American Policy Society of NJ, and 2019 Woman of the Year for the Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders. I volunteer with Groundwork Elizabeth, helping ensure everyone has access to fresh, healthy foods. My free time is spent enjoying nature, a good meal with friends and family, or snuggled on the couch with my dog Roxie.
