Join me at Bed Bath & Beyond in East Hanover NJ for a hands-on cooking class to make “An Italian Thanksgiving”! As an Italian-American I’m proud of both cultures I get to call my own. But you know I had to put an Italian spin on this all-American holiday! We’ll be making ceci bean crostini, pumpkin gnocchi in a browned butter and sage sauce, pear and sage roast turkey, focaccia stuffing and a classic tiramisu for dessert! You’ll receive a written copy of all the recipe so you can recreate them at home for your holiday, or anytime you want to bring a little of the Green, White & Red, to the Red, White & Blue!
